Shihan Benny is the head martial arts instructor at Martial Arts Training 4 Long Island - Circle of One Martial Arts - (COMA) and has been training in the martial arts for the past 36 years.
- 6th degree Black Belt in Chinese Goju
- 4th degree Black Belt in Koga Ryu ninjitsu
- 3rd degree Black Belt in San Lung Tao
- 1st Degree Black Belt in Combat jujitsu
- Brown Belt in Judo
and certified Instructor in Chinese Goju, as well as holding rank in Arts of Judo and JuJitsu.
Shihan Benny uses elements of his multitude of arts including
Boxing, Muy thai & Brazilian Ju Jitsu making all of his martial arts classes informative, interesting, invigorating and FUN!!!!
